IBPS (Rural Region Bank) Exams


Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) are Indian Scheduled Commercial Banks (Government Banks) operating at regional level in several States of India. they need been created with a view of serving primarily the agricultural areas of India with basic banking and financial services. However, RRBs may have branches found out for urban operations and their area of operation may include urban areas too

The area of operation of RRBs is restricted to the world as notified by Government of India covering one or more districts within the State. RRBs also perform a spread of various functions. RRBs perform various functions in following heads:

  • Providing banking facilities to rural and semi-urban areas.
  • Carrying out government operations like disbursement of wages of MGNREGA workers, distribution of pensions etc.
  • Providing Para-Banking facilities like locker facilities, debit and credit cards, mobile banking, internet banking,UPI etc.
  • Small financial banks

IBPS RRB 2020 Notification

Good News for BANK RRB aspirants after an extended wait!
Finally, the wait is OVER as Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released IBPS RRB official notification on June 30th, 2020 on its official website www.ibps.in it’s released the posts of Office Assistants and Officer Scale I, II, and III. The registration process of an equivalent are going to be started on Dominion Day , 2020. Interested candidates can visit the official website to fill the appliance for the post. The last date to fill the specified form and pay the registration fee is July 21, 2020. consistent with the official notification of IBPS RRB the exam are going to be tentatively conducted in September/October 2020 for the prelims stage.

HOW TO APPLY FOR RRB SCALE I, II OR III?

An applicant can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and may also apply for the Post of Officer. Every candidate can apply for one post only either for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.

Candidates got to apply individually and pay fees/intimation charges separately for every post.

2. Click on the house page and open the link
3. Candidates are first required to travel to the IBPS’s CRP for RRBs”
4. Press the acceptable option “CLICK HERE to use ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)” or “CLICK HERE to use ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs- OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose)”
5. Then open up the On-Line Application For
6. Click for the new registration link to register for the present exam and fill in your basic information.
7. After filling within the basic information you’ll get a provisional license number and password which can be displayed on the screen.
8. write the license number and password. Although you’ll get an alert on email and mobile through SMS for the Provisional license number and Password yet write separately.
9. just in case you would like to edit any particulars you’ll reopen the saved data using license number and password.

The exam pattern of Office Assistant and Officer Grade for IBPS RRB Exam 2020 is different. IBPS RRB Assistant 2020 Exam comprises of two phases namely,

Mains Exam
There will be no interview for the post of Office Assistant post after the Mains exam just in case he or she qualifies both the phases.
